The paper presents a graphical method for calculating the multiple cry
stallization in equicurrent, accompanied by the chemical, double excha
nge reaction, valid for systems forming mixed crystals. By applying th
is method to the KCl-(NH4)(2)SO4-H2O system, the separation degrees fo
r the NH4+ and K+ ions, at P = 1 atm. and T = 25 degrees C, when the c
hemical process is a 4-steps one, are got. The initial system dilution
influence upon the separation degrees and upon the separation K2SO4 a
nd (NH4)(2)SO4 flowrates, is studied.
