The 4th positive bands of (CO)-C-13-O-16, A 1PI --> X 1SIGMA+, at wave
lengths from 1370 to 1600 angstrom have been photographed at high reso
lution in emission from a jet discharge in mixtures of Ar + (CO2)-C-13
. The A 1PI upper-state term values for low to medium J-values in v' =
0 to 9 have been established with an estimated accuracy of +/- 0.1 cm
-1, and the percentage 1PI character of strongly perturbed levels in v
' = 0 and 6 has been evaluated. In addition, the C-13 isotope shifts h
ave been measured for several multiplets in the spectra of C I and C I
I.
