Abstract
Computer calculations of the relaxation of Ni monocrystal near-surface layers about the Curie point T(C) with thermal vibration taken into a ccount were performed in this work. Anomalous relaxation was found nea r T(C). This relaxation was shown to lead to a significant change in t he sputtering pattern in agreement with the experimental observations.
