Abstract
Numerical algorithms are utilized to design nontraditional transversal sections of TEM cells, leading to large areas of almost uniform elect ric field within small dimensions. Numerical inversion of the Schwarz- Christoffel formula and predictor-corrector mapping of equipotential l ines are utilized. (C) 1994 John Wiley & Sons, Inc.
