Abstract
In this article the method of lines combined with the generalized spec tral-domain immittance approach is used as a full-wave analysis to the general structure of coplanar waveguides. Numerical examples show the validity of this new method. It can also be used to analyze multilaye red or multiregion structures. (C) 1994 John Wiley & Sons, Inc.
