Abstract
The rare presentation of nocardial infection as an endobronchial ''tum our'' is reported. Haematogenous dissemination occurred after fibreopt ic bronchoscopy and biopsy, a phenomenon not previously described in n ocardial infections. This case highlights the difficulties in diagnosi ng pulmonary nocardial infection and the potential for invasive proced ures to disseminate the disease.
