Abstract
Multiple nodules of AA (reactive systemic) amyloid were identified at necropsy in the lungs of a patient with Crohn's disease. No other orga ns were involved. Nodular pulmonary amyloidosis is usually caused by d eposition of AL (primary) amyloid.
