Glow curves of LiF TLDs (TLD-100) were measured for 10-40 keV monoener
getic photons from synchrotron radiation, and the energy and dose resp
onses were evaluated based on the glow curve data. The ratio of measur
ed to calculated energy response was almost unity for the lower temper
ature region of the glow curve including the main peak, and was about
2.0 for the higher one. Dose responses to 10 keV 30 keV X rays, and Co
-60 gamma rays showed different supralinearity. The maximum Value of s
upralinearity decreased with decreasing photon energy, that is, with i
ncreasing the average linear energy transfer of incident photons.
