The quantum mechanics of a system of particles on S1 is considered. We
describe the main properties of the dynamics of many-particle configu
rations defined on global spaces of U(1) bundles, which are realized a
s dynamical spaces on the quantization of systems possessing singulari
ties (globally non-Hamiltonian on the original domain of definition S1
XS1X...XS1). The absence of an operation of particle permutation compa
tible with the structure of the fiber bundle is noted. It reveals a si
milarity between these systems and anyons.
