Abstract
A patient with bilateral cryptorchidism and gynecomastia due to Leydig cell tumor involving the left intra-abdominal testis is described. Ra ised serum estrogen, low serum testosterone, and ultrasonic demonstrat ion of a tumor in the left testis allowed the diagnosis to be suspecte d preoperatively. The relevant literature is reviewed.
