Abstract
Isolation of homogeneous endo-beta-1,4-xylanase and beta-xylosidase fr om secretions of Aspergillus oryzae D5 cells is described The fungus w as grown by the surface method The molecular weights of the endoxylana se and beta-xylosidase are 46.5 and 150 kD, respectively. Their pi val ues are 3.6 and 4.15, respectively. Some kinetics parameters and the p H and temperature stabilities of the xylanase and xylosidase were dete rmined
