Abstract
Spectrometric scintillation modules based on bismuth germanate crystal s were developed. They have light yields linear in the energy of the g amma-quanta in the range 0.5-3 MeV. The relation between the basic par ameters of scintillation blocks (light yield, energy resolution, etc.) and the optical and geometrical parameters of the crystal and the ref lection mode were studied both experimentally and by computer simulati on.
