Abstract
The use of high doses of the benzodiazepine derivative, clotiazepam, g iven to chronic schizophrenic patients of the residual type in additio n to standard neuroleptics often exerts a minor beneficial effect on l ong-lasting neuroleptic-resistant auditory hallucinations.
