Abstract
A target and stages for planning development of sophisticated software tools (ST) are discussed. Required source data and some special featu res of the data technology ore accented. The technology for developing a plan and working schedule are proposed for software systems having different level of complexity. The software package PLAPS, which is de signed for software development planning computerization, is presented .
