Abstract
The polycrystalline HgS films have been prepared by chemical depositio n method using HgCl2 and sodium thiosulphate in aqueous acidic medium at 40 degrees C temperature. The PEC cell has been formed with 1 M KI- 0.01, M I-2-5 M NaOH and properties have been studied.
