Abstract
A study was carried out on the use of bis(2-hydroxy-5-alkyl(C-8-C-9)be nzyl)amine as the extracting agent in the extraction removal of traces of iron from manganese sulfate. Use of this extracting agent provides for a limiting iron content in the purified sample of not more than 1 0(-4) MaSS %.
