It was shown that the mechanism of formation of paramagnetic centers d
uring the solid-phase radiolysis of DHFP is associated with the presen
ce of a double bond and also depends on its position in the dimer mole
cule. The value of the maximum concentration of paramagnetic centers i
n the radiolysis of a saturated analog containing the perfluoromethoxy
group, lower than in the dimer, is associated with the absence of a d
