Abstract
An equation of state is derived on the basis of Green's function techn ique. The formation of bound states is accounted for and the possibili ty of phase transitions is discussed. The latter is of special interes t if it is connected with the vanishing of bound states at high densit ies, it is then a Mott phase transition.
