Abstract
A second modification of benzocaine was obtained. This could be establ ished by X-ray diffraction analysis, IR spectroscopy and differential scanning calorimetry. Pseudopolymorphism could be excluded by the bubb le test as well as by thermogravimetry and elemental analysis.
