Migration of orthopedic implants is a well documented phenomenon. Prom pt recognition and immediate retrieval may prevent significant and pot entially fatal sequelae. The following report describes a unique case in which laparoscopic techniques were successfully used to recover a m igrating intrapelvic pin.
