The presence of an established coagulation disorder, in conjunction wi th minor arterial trauma, may lead to the genesis of a pseudoaneurysm. We report a case of a traumatic pseudoaneurysm of the supraorbital ar tery after minor blunt trauma in a patient with von Willebrand's disea se.
