Abstract
Vincristine has been shown to reduce the amplitude of postreceptoral e lectroretinographic components in the isolated arterially perfused cat eye. We examined whether a similar effect occurs in vincristine chemo therapy. In the three patients tested, cone-mediated electroretinogram s recorded before and after vincristine chemotherapy were not differen t. This observation is likely to reflect the lower doses of vincristin e used therapeutically.
