Abstract
An evaluation of some immunological parameters (the serum level of IgE , IgG, IgA, IgM) circulating immune complexes (CIC/PEG, CIC/SpA), C3 a nd C4 components of complement, soluble fragment of low affinity IgE-r eceptor-sCD23 and IgE in isolated CICs relevant to clinical improvemen t in asthmatic patients treated with Broncho-Vaxom has been evaluated. The results of our study have demonstrated the significant therapeuti c efficacy of Broncho-Vaxom and confirmed the capacity of this prepara tion to restore the defective function of the immune response.
