Most of V. M. Glushkov's work in cybernetics and artificial intelligen
ce focused on extending the computational capabilities of computers an
d increasing their level of intelligence. In an algorithmic-theoretica
l framework, this issue is transformed into the issue of constructing
a class of alphabet operators which are more powerful than the traditi
onal algorithms and yet are constructed from them by ''internal'' tech
niques using procedural extension of constructivism tools. The present
paper discusses one of the versions of this approach.
