Abstract
Peculiarities of formation of the texture and adsorption properties of ''catalytic fibrous carbon'' (CFC), formed on specially prepared nick el catalysts and providing a precipitation of more than 100 - 150 g of carbon per 1 g of a catalyst, were examined. The potential utilizatio n of such CFC as adsorbents and support materials was illustrated.
