Abstract
A new mechanism for nuclear spin diffusion via virtual spin excitons u nder the conditions of integer quantum Hall effect is proposed. This m echanism significantly enhances the range of nuclear spin interaction along the magnetic length, and therefore may explain the nuclear spin depolarization in a spin diode.
