I. Bernwieser et G. Sontag, HPLC WITH ELECTRODE ARRAY DETECTION - DETERMINATION OF AMITROLE IN DRINKING AND GROUND-WATER, Fresenius' journal of analytical chemistry, 347(12), 1993, pp. 499-501
A fast method for the determination of amitrole in drinking and ground
water is described. Amitrole is separated from other substances by HP
LC. For the determination a highly sensitive coulometric electrode arr
ay detector is applied. Tap and well water with concentrations down to
0. 1 mug amitrole/L can be determined without any enrichment steps. T
he detection limit of amitrole added to Viennese tap water is 0.05 mug
/L.
