Successful treatment by percutaneous catheter drainage of an acute aor
tic graft infection with an associated pancreatic fistula is reported.
Percutaneous catheter drainage can be considered in selected patients
when the risk of reoperation is deemed unacceptable or when other rea
sonable treatment options do not exist.
