We propose a way to extract the ratio of CKM matrix elements V(ub)/V(c
b) from the measurement of the two-body non-leptonic decays B- --> D0K
BAR-, B- --> D- K0BAR and B0BAR --> D0K0BAR, which are proportional to
\V(ub)\2, and the decays B- --> D0K-, B0BAR --> D+K- and B0BAR --> D0
K0BAR, which are proportional to \V(cb)\2, based on isospin symmetry.
We also analyze the modifications of our predictions due to final stat
e interactions, and find them to be significant.
