In neonatal disseminated hemangiomatosis, multiple immature capillary
hemangiomas are widely distributed in the skin, mucous membranes, and
internal organs including the liver, lungs, and larynx. In patients wi
th life-threatening visceral involvement, corticosteroids or interfero
n may be required. A case in a female infant with tetralogy of Fallot
is reported.
