Abstract
Epididymal metastasis from prostatic carcinoma is rare. A case mimicki ng cystadenocarcinoma of the epididymis is presented and the literatur e is reviewed. Investigation for prostate-specific antigen should alwa ys be done in carcinoma of the epididymis, and when subcapsular orchid ectomy is performed the epididymis should be carefully examined.
