Abstract
A DSS to help solve the location-allocation problem applying service l evel criterion is presented in this paper. The decisive parameters con sidered are the maximum allowable distance between a customer and the respective supplying center and the total number of such centers. A ca se study of a Greek bottling company with computational results is als o included.
