Abstract
A patient is presented suffering from bilateral, retroperitoneal bleed ings with affection of both femoral nerves as a complication of antico agulant therapy. The clinical course with conservative therapy is demo nstrated as well as the results of the neurophysiological and neurorad iological, especially MRT findings.
