Abstract
Urinary incontinence in Ilamas may be associated with XX sex reversal, in which female genotype and gonads composed entirely of testicular t issue are found.Karyotype determination and gonadal histologic examina tion are necessary to differentiate XX sex reversal from other causes of ambiguous sexual development.
