The reactions FO + NO2 --> F + NO3, (a) FO + NO2 --> reaction products
(other than F), (b) FO + NO2 --> M FONO2 + M, (c) were studied by com
bined EPR/IR LMR spectrometry in a flow system at p = (2 - 47) torr an
d T = 300 - 500 K. The rate constants and their associated uncertainti
es are as follows: k(a) = (9.9 +/- 0.6) x 10(-13) (T/300)0.47 +/- 0.19
cm3/s at 300 - 500 K, k(b) = (1.4 +/- 0.1) x 10(-13) CM3/s at 300 K,
k(c) = (5.3 +/- 0.6) x 10(-32) cm6/s at 300 K.
