Abstract
Femoral hypoplasia/unusual facies syndrome (FH/UFS) is a rarely consid ered clinical entity that has a strong association with maternal diabe tes. A case that demonstrates the prenatal morphologic and biometric a bnormalities, and postnatal findings are presented. The pathogenesis a nd natural history of FH/UFS is discussed and contrasted with the caud al dysplasia syndrome.
