Abstract
In the present work the magnetic field distribution in HTSC ceramics a nd epitaxial films was measured and the corresponding screening curren ts were found. The epitaxial films were treated as granular supercondu ctors. The implementation limits of various field distribution models are discussed. The magnetic measurements are compared with the film st ructural parameters. Structural perfection of the specimens was studie d by differential x-ray diffractometry and topography. The granule siz e and the characteristics of intragranular deformation were obtained u sing differential diffractometry.
