Abstract
A Lifestyle Exercise Inventory based on the Theoretical Pattern of Phy sical Activity Model has been developed. To assess the inventory's int ernal reliability and examine its concurrent validity, a sample of 108 women completed the measure along with two well-established indices o f physical activity. The inventory showed satisfactory internal reliab ility (Cronbach alpha = .73) and equivocal results with regard to conc urrent validity (r = .30, r = .08).
