Abstract
The authors report seven cases of benigh tumors of the liver revealed by elevated acute phase reactants. They show that these elevated acute phase reactants are not linked with a particular histological diagnos is, the presence of tumor necrosis and that they disappear with the ch irurgical cure of the tumor.
