Abstract
A complete condyle specimen from a female patient who had temporomandi bular joint (TMJ) ankylosis and associated craniofacial deformities wa s obtained. Abundant chondrocyte clusters were found in the remaining cartilage of the enlarged condyle. The implications of the clusters in this patient are discussed.
