Abstract
Allozyme variation at 3 polymorphic enzyme loci (GPI, PGM, MDH) was st udied in Trichostrongylus colubriformis. By means of a multivariate an alysis it was shown that populations of worms harboured by naturally i nfected goats were genetically different from populations laboratory r eared in lambs or rabbits. A deficiency of heterozygotes was recorded in each population studied.
