Abstract
We describe an inexpensive, multi-channel signal conditioner for the a utomated measurement of dissolved oxygen concentration in up to six ch ambers. The apparatus has been used successfully to measure in situ ph otosynthesis and respiration rates of microbial populations on substra ta from streams at Coweeta Hydrologic Laboratory.
