Desmoid tumour are rare connective tissue armours currently considered
as sarcoma of low grade malignancy. They are most women of child-bear
ing years. Abdominal localisation is the most frequent site. The main
aim of treatment is to avoid recurrences. We report a case of desmoid
tumour developing in rite thoracic cage in a patient who had been oper
ated on six years earlier for an epidermoid carcinoma of bronchus.
