Abstract
The kinetics of nucleation and diffusion controlled growth have been r e-examined; this includes the most commonly assumed nucleation laws. T he square size distributions and the time dependence for the average s quare size were obtained from previous solutions for nucleation and re action controlled growth. The solutions for the size distributions and average particle size were also derived.
