F. Mccurrach et al., CHRONIC CORNEAL ULCERATION - AN UNUSUAL PRESENTATION OF METASTATIC BREAST-CARCINOMA, Australian and New Zealand journal of ophthalmology, 21(3), 1993, pp. 191-192
A patient presented with a history of chronic corneal ulceration and c
orneal hypoaesthesia. This proved to be an unusual presentation of bre
ast carcinoma metastatic to the sphenoidal wing. This was an unexpecte
d diagnosis in view of the long duration of ocular signs without other
evidence of metastatic disease.
