Abstract
A technique for ground clutter removal from radarmeteorological maps i s analyzed. After clutter removal, the information contained in the ma ps, such as height, intensity, motion, and tendency of meteorological features, is automatically extracted and coded according to a simplifi ed Radob Code. An example of the results obtained from the meteorologi cal radar of the Piemonte Region is shown.
