Abstract
In this paper, we investigate the problem of stabilization of homogene ous bilinear systems. We show that if a bilinear system is locally asy mptotically stabilizable by a state feedback law, then it becomes glob ally asymptotically stabilizable by some feedback law with the same up per bound.
