Abstract
The expectation that the nanocrystalline Fe-based metallic glass may s how the variety of magnetic phases has been confirmed experimentally. It has been shown that, depending on the annealing conditions (resulti ng in controlled crystallite size as well as the volumetric fraction o f the crystalline phase), the particles exhibit superparamagnetic or s uperferromagnetic behavior at temperatures above the Curie point of th e amorphous matrix. At sufficiently low temperatures (around room temp erature) the samples behave ferromagnetically as expected for the typi cal nanocrystalline metallic glass.
