Abstract
A polymer magnetic composite (PMC) is a flexible thick film and is com
posed of a ferrite powder with variable possible Curie temperatures, p
olymer and solvent. We found that high and low Curie temperature PMCs
can be used for pressure and photo sensors, respectively. The set up c
ombined with the PMC and a pressure element acts as a pressure sensor.
The device painted with a radiant flux absorbent on the surface of th
e PMC will respond to the visible rays. The pressure and light signals
are read out by a Hall element in non-contact with the PMC.
