Abstract
This paper establishes a weans by which the volume and position of non magnetic spherical solidified bodies suspended in a magnetic fluid can be ascertained. This information is obtained by monitoring the change in flux as a function of the sphere's position and radius. The calcul ated and experimental results are in good agreement.
